A Twenty Five year old man drowned in Blanchisseusse. Police say around 5pm yesterday Kerwin Virgil was bathing with friends when he got into difficulties, reports are that other bathers pulled him out of the water. Stanley Fraser 53 was crossing Jerningham Avenue in Belmont when he was hit by the vehicle driven by a constable. Mister Fraser was taken to hospital where he died. Two Guyanese men to have been reported kidnapped have been found dead in a swamp central Trinidad.
